Organization account
The registering administrator confirms they are authorized to create and manage an account for the named organization and are responsible for users they invite.
Trial and subscription
New organizations receive a 15-day trial. Continued access requires an active subscription. A requested trial extension may be approved once, up to a maximum of 15 additional days.
Acceptable use
Users must use Dwaram only for lawful workplace operations, protect their access credentials, and avoid unauthorized access, interference, or misuse of another organization's data.
Operational responsibility
Each organization controls its submitted records and remains responsible for required notices, permissions, retention rules, and the accuracy of operational data.
